Graduated of École Hoteliere de Beirut Simon received his initial culinary training at various international hotels including the St. George Hotel in Lebanon, The Westbury in London, England.
In Toronto, Simon has worked at the Four Seasons Hotel, Royal York Hotel, the Delta Chelsea Inn, the Prince Hotel, and La Cuisine
Simon loves sharing his knowledge of food, introducing clients to new food finds, taking advantage of our city’s rich cultural diversity he continued to develop food fussing in his own unique style.in his restaurant and catering menu
